Ben Milston grew up in Sydney Australia and for almost a decade suffered from depression, low self-worth, and confidence brought on from a lack of knowing how to deal with the world around him, including bullies and an academic family that he felt he couldn’t live up to.
After years of substance abuse that couldn’t fix the problem, he came across his first self-help book.
Ben was shocked to find out that all his problems not only stemmed from within, but because of that, were all fixable!
